Important Rental Information and Instructions
•Call 866-890-5315 to speak with one of our rental specialists. After speaking with
our rental specialist, a quote reflecting the terms of the rental will be emailed to you.
•Download, complete and return the Rental Package Forms. All forms must be
received at least (3) business day prior to shipment. Additional charges may apply to
last minute rentals.•Read the INSURANCE section of the Rental Requirements
carefully. If you are using your own insurance please, make sure that you have the
correct type of insurance to cover the full replacement value of the equipment. If your
insurance does not cover the equipment or is not sufficient to cover the replacement
cost, you will need to purchase our supplemental coverage which includes a $1500
deductible * charge that will added to the total cost of the rental. *Deductible is fully
refundable if the rental equipment is returned on time and in the same condition it left
our facility, excluding normal wear and tear. •Forms To Return: Credit Card
Authorization, Rental Agreement and Rental Application. For your convenience, you
can email the completed forms to access@rentatricaster.com or fax them to 727-
573-9606.•Rental Period: A Rental week is equal to three times the daily rate. A
rental month is equal to ten times the daily rate. The Rental Period is equal to the
actual time that the equipment is rented plus up to two (2) days each way in transit.
Therefore, add the appropriate amount of shipping time to both ends of the usage
period to calculate your Rental Period. If you plan to use your own shipping
company, please fax or email the label to us after making sure that the declared
value on the shipment is equal to the replacement cost of the equipment. Please
understand that last minute rentals and expedited shipping involve substantially
higher rental and shipping charges.•We perform a quality check before we ship any
rental, however, if there is a problem at any time please do not hesitate to contact
us.

on customer satisfaction and we strive to accommodate individual needs and
deadlines. However, it is far easier and cost effective to plan your rental as far in
advance as possible. For example, you could save on shipping charges by renting
the unit for 2 weeks and having it sent ground rather than next-day air. This would
provide you with ample time to familiarize yourself with the equipment and create a
buffer in the event of any last-minute changes to your project. We thank you for your
